Hello,
my name is Chinyere, (like Dictionary minus the dic, my name means gift from God). Well here's my back story I grew up watching my Mom work in my local Public school system. I would often say that will never be me when she would come home & tell me about her day. Fast forward many years later the Marketing job I had moved out of state & at that time I couldn't relocate. As the job hunt ensued & came to a close I took a job as a TA with my local school system. Being a Mom somewhat prepare you to work with kiddos. As society changed so did the challenges of working with kids & especially after Covid virtual schooling. Many students came back not wanting to follow a routine governed by school rules, which made navigating this new climate overwhelming & also many times rewarding also.
