I have reached 10% of my goal --- thank you Caroline & Connie! We need some more $$$....please donate to this amazing program....
Last year, The Restoration House received an average of 21 referrals per month and turned away over 200 families due to limited capacity. In order to serve more families, TRH is developing The Village – a 24-unit community for low-income single mother families. The Village provides TRH, Emerald Youth Foundation, and A Hand Up for Women the opportunity to strategically partner together to leverage their 37 years of combined experience utilizing best practices in supportive transitional housing, team mentoring, family advocacy, life skills training, and robust youth development to holistically empower low-income single mothers and their children to break the cycle of poverty.
Phase I of The Village is currently under construction and will open in mid-June 2015. 100% of the funds raised from Over the Edge will go toward the Phase II construction of The Village.
