We already know that Orlando is one of the top cities for fields in Science, Tech, Engineering, Art, and Math. By elevating and recognizing these female leaders, we are increasing our brand as a community that welcomes and produces great talent in STEAM.

A luminescent celebration of our Neon Swans, and all they do to make Orlando great. 140 women will be honored, plus 5 secret awards in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math will be awarded.
