The babies are reporting in! We need your help to not only get the word out about this beneficial animal via this Documentary, but to help our wonderful network of licensed rehabbers!

More Info

Our journey started after an Opossum broke into our house through the dryer vent 5 years ago. At the time I was already doing volunteer work rescuing birds and sometimes squirrels so my roommate was used to my rehabbing adventures. With guidance from my mentor through our rescue group I gave these babies a once over kept them for observation for a week. Once we knew they were fine and of perfect weight for release they were set free to live out their Opossum lives. My roommate and I then started helping with Opossums big and small and became quite the team. I focused primarily on the babies and he quickly became the Opossum chef for the bigger ones! Through our journey we learned what an asset Opossums are to our communities and decided we wanted to share this knowledge on a larger scale. So we plan to show the world that we can not only co exist but also give the opossum the support and respect they deserve! Through the years we have been blessed with a few Opossums that were non-releasable and they have touched us like no other. So help us share our story of this wonderful animal that helps us in more ways than most people know. Your help will not only go towards the cost of making this documentary. It will also go towards land for a rehab facility, and for rehabbing future patients. Thanks in advance for your support and love of animals.
