Since we will inherit this world, iMatter was created to reach across regional, ideological, and ethnic borders, to empower youth to organize, and be heard on the issue of global climate change. We are not only the generation who will suffer most from its consequences. We are also the generation who will bring about the change needed to create a sustainable and just society that values nature and future generations as much as short term interests.

30% of the global population is under age 18. We cannot vote, have no public voice, and no representation in government. More than any other issue, the climate crisis will affect us most. Decisions made or not made today will determine our future prosperity, hope, and security. It's time our voices are heard.

WE are a generation inspired by the need itself to step up and be the change we want to see. iMatter began as a simple video, created by a 13 year old, that covered the problems, consequences and solutions of climate change in like a minute. And now it's a global campaign meant to unite the voices of a generation on the most urgent issue of our time. The non profit project of Earth Island Institute, called Kids vs Global Warming, has pulled together a bunch of amazing partners to give youth a platform to raise their voices so loud they cannot be ignored.

On Earth day, Youth and Adults will be Marching from Public Square through Downtown to City Hall Showing Cleveland that Youth Do Matter and we will stand up Against Climate Change. We need help Planning and we need Youth and adults willing to join our fight. We have no funds are are calling to you for help! Please let others know about this so we can make headlines and a impact in Cleveland.
