For over 15 winters on my way from work, I have observed so many homeless people on the side of the road s who do not have attire sufficient for the winter months. The efforts that I have made alone over the years seem in adequate. The intent is show them that they are loved and valued just where they are - no judgments. The goal of this project is to help homeless individuals experience unconditional love and Christ-like compassion through distributing new or gently used hats, gloves, socks and ponchos. Would like to reduce or eliminate cold weather injuries through providing covering for bodily extremities. My goal is to reach at least 300 individuals, including children, this winter. There are many ways to help: donate gently used target items (if you are in the area), donate money (no amount too small), pray that we reach as many as possible. I will keep you posted!
