They should remove all the police union bosses and get a new crop of younger, more in touch, anti racist people with integrity. It shouldn't feel like we're paying a mafia protection racket when we deal with the unions. Even now they're mentioning protecting the mayor and saying it's disgusting when their members are on video attacking peaceful protesters, they can't even act like they're good for a few days.
