A note from the HOPE Young Professional Board:

As hosts of the inaugural fundraising event, held at Topgolf in Midtown Atlanta, the YPB hopes to bring 200+ players from around the metro Atlanta community to participate in this fun and meaningful evening in support of HOPE’s vision of making homelessness in Atlanta rare, brief and non-recurring. To learn more about our tournament, our members or the organization, please visit HOPEAtlanta.org.

HOPE Atlanta is proud to be a regional leader in providing a safety net for low-income travelers, newcomers and residents in crisis. Using the evidence-based “Housing First” model, HOPE Atlanta eliminates barriers to housing for those in greatest need.  Our case managers and housing specialists work closely with each individual or family, seeking the appropriate housing intervention (permanent, rapid, emergency, shelter plus, rental assistance, prevention, reunification, etc.).  In addition, individualized service plans are developed aimed at leveraging strengths, increasing housing stability, improving health and addiction outcomes and reducing costs associated with justice system or emergency room utilization. Employment assistance and job coaching are readily available for veterans and individuals ready to pursue work.  The majority of the people HOPE Atlanta assists are homeless or about to become homeless and have very low income. Many are chronically homeless, veterans, victims of domestic violence, suffering from mental or physical illness, or chemically addicted.  HOPE has been providing assistance to more than 5,000 people annually and over one million individuals since its inception in 1900. We need your support to expand our reach and touch more lives.
