I have been working hard over the past months to prepare to shoot my first-ever art film (alongside the talented Forrester McKim), and realize the dream I've had for many years.
he film is a non-profit project created to raise awareness of sexual trauma that women suffer. Behind the scenes of this film is an amazing cast and crew who are working their butts off to help make this project come to life, and every single one of them is volunteering their time and energy to make it happen. Many of the people involved in making the film are themselves survivors of sexual abuse. The donation goal has been set at 2100$ because the film is likely to cost upwards of 2200$, but any little bit helps as even if our limit is not reached I am dedicated to making this film happen even if it means fronting more of my own money for it. Because the project is a non-profit, any money raised over our goal will be donated to the Calgary Women's Shelter, an organization that helped many of the women involved in the making of this film. For every donation received you will be credited in the film, and any donations of 50$ or over will receive a beautiful, high-quality print by yours truly as a way of thanking you.
