Help send medical professionals from areas of limited resources to Australia to be taught how to manage neurological emergencies in the ED, ICU, and OR by some of the world's leading physicians in this field.
Global Neuro Foundation provides high-quality, innovative, up-to-date medical education in the field of neurotrauma. While our courses are worldwide, we especially want to reach physicians in under-resourced areas. February 22-23, 2024, we are holding a course in Melbourne, Australia covering neuro emergencies. It includes up-to-date and evidence-based content, strategies, and considerations for managing neurological emergencies in the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, and Operation Room. It is designed for a wide range of clinical craft groups, such as (neuro)surgeons, ED physicians, ICU clinicians, nurses, allied health staff, etc.
The skills and strategies acquired during this course can save countless lives, especially in areas where this education is lacking or limited. However, many of these medical professionals from the neighboring Pacific Islands and Papua New Guinea, for example, cannot afford to attend this course.
For this reason, we are asking for donations to offer the chance for medical professionals from neighboring LMICs to attend our course in Melbourne, Australia. Your donation will help pay for flights, accommodation, and registration for these professionals. Your donation will help save lives and diminish pain and suffering for all those directly and indirectly affected by neurotrauma.
