My dog Sugar needs Heartworm treatment

Hi, my name is Linsey and the baby posted above is Sugar. I need your help! She showed up at my workplace and she has stolen my heart ever since. She recently tested positive for heart worms and needs to undergo consultation, get blood work, chest x- rays, and treatment. She is three years old and full of excitement. I want to give her the best future possible. I am currently working full time and am starting school back at Southeastern in the fall.
