In January 2015, during the horrific South Australian bushfires in and around Humbug Scrub, Jo and Gregg Morris lost their home which was also a wildlife sanctuary for more than 40 rescued kangaroos and wallabies and innumerable other Australian native animals. Property, vehicles and fencing were obliterated as well as feed and equipment needed for the day to day running of the sanctuary.
Jo and Gregg have self-funded this refuge for decades without any financial support from government or council. Their tireless efforts are matched only by their absolute love and passion for these animals.
Please support this campaign which will raise much needed funds for shelter, food, clothing, animal feed, fencing - anything that Jo and Gregg feel the need for to assist in the very long and slow recovery process.
