MSG Nick Voronkov Military & Veterans Fund

From Nick Voronkov

As someone who served, I understand the many struggles our service members and veterans are facing. They often need immediate financial support before being able to apply and use their benefits. Together, we can help!

Hello and thank you for visiting this fundraiser page!

As someone who is a combat veteran and served in the military for 18 years before being medically retired, I am no stranger to many struggles men and women of our armed forces face during and after their military service. I was fortunate enough to start a new career after leaving the military that I enjoy and have the ability to contribute financially to help my fellow veterans in need. This is why I decided to establish a "MSG Nick Voronkov Military & Veterans Fund" from which I and others will be able to contribute towards local Army Reserve Family Readiness Group (FRG) organization programs, veteran services, and military families in need.

To begin this venture, I decided to endorse and support two Colorado organizations: 1) FRG organization for the 244th Engineer Battalion here in Denver consisting of about 300 some Soldiers and their families, and 2) a local veteran non-profit organization called Houses for Warriors that is dedicated to supporting homeless and injured veterans. Through our donations, we will be able to directly contribute to family functions and providing relief for numerous soldiers, veterans, and their families who are in need of financial support and accommodating housing.

If you did not know, the Army Reserve is a unique organization where active duty resources are not readily available and those who transition from active duty to civilian life often find themselves in difficult circumstances. I am familiar with local Army Reserve units and the struggles many of the soldiers and their families face. This fund and your financial contributions will greatly improve the ability of the local family readiness group to be more effective and offer relief as needed.

I am not a rich man, but you don't have to be rich to be able to raise funds and help others. I also believe that with my vast network and connections there are many of you out there who would be able to assist and donate to this important cause. By doing so, you will be directly affecting those who sign up to protect us and willing to sacrifice themselves so you and your families can live in peace and prosper. In addition to funds raised from your donations, my real estate team (www.homeproscolorado.com) and I will contribute periodically from deals we close. EVERY DOLLAR from this fund and our mutual contributions will be accounted for and provided to the 244th EN BN FRG organization and Houses for Warriors evenly on quarterly basis.
