My mother was taken from us this past Friday, we are devastated and heartbroken by the loss of an amazing women. With me being an only child with a family of four, finances are already tight, but we are now finding out that because she had Medicaid for all of her ailments that they will seize any able funds she has left to cover all of those expenses. While we are not having a traditional funeral due to her wishes of being donated, we are having a remembrance party with all of her friends and family at our home, her home. We want to celebrate her!
