My name is Molly. I am a single mom with a terminal illness. 8 years ago I was diagnosed with a rare form of Lupus. With the help of my doctor's and prayers I am still here today. I have to really give my 14 year old son the credit for taking care of me all these years. I wouldn't be here without him. I started this campaign because I really need financial help with my medical care, paying for my medications, paying rent, paying for my in-home nursing care/therapy, 24 hour oxygen use, etc.
My disease has been progressive this past year with my first stroke back in Nov 2013 followed by another one back in March 2014. I was diagnosed with Lupus of the brain. Then suffered another hospitalization 2 weeks ago as my kidney's and liver were inflamed along with internal bleeding. All this was the cause of my Lupus.
However, I am still here living day to day and treasure every moment I have with my son. Life is so precious to me that I don't let this disease get me down. Whatever you can give, my son and I thank you from the bottom of our heart.
