My name is Amber Frey. When I was about 18 years old, God placed Africa specifically Kenya and Uganda on my heart. I begin to look into the Peace Corps and connection start being made. I took Swahili for 2 semesters at City College as well as African studies with Mr. Mativo. In short "Life" happened, my direction in life shifted. I never lost my passion or call to Africa. 2018 many doors and connection have opened. This fundraiser is an open door. I am grateful to share this moment and thank you for sharing your time.
