I'm the niece of Michael Lee Marshall, his eldest sister daughter. We're all born also raised in Denver Colorado. Recently my Uncle Michael Lee Marshall was arrested and held on a hundred dollar bond, the date of November 11th 2015 for trespassing. While being booked in the Denver City Jail, he was forcefully restrained by five sheriff deputies which eventually caused him to be on life support. He was left unconscience without being resuscitated, for over 15 minutes he went without oxygen to the brain. Sadly Uncle Michael suffered severe brain damage after the altercation took place. He was life on support for nine days before he died, due to oxygen deprivation. May his beautiful soul rest in heaven. My Uncle Michael did not have life insurance, so I come to the community humbly asking for help with funding for his home going service. All the proceeds will be used for his home going service.
