This school year 2013-2014, a very special event will be taking place! The Ellorine Walker Scholarship will be launched by the NY Chapter of the Merl Grove High School Past Students’ Association. The scholarship will honor Ellorine Walker who was the Headmistress of MGHS from 1959 to 1980. We are very excited about this launch, not only because it plays an important role in the milestone of the NY Chapter, but also because it offers deserving students the opportunity to excel.
Why does Change for a Cause need you?
Change for a Cause is your opportunity to actively participate in goodwill, and to help the NY Chapter achieve its goal of launching the Ellorine Walker Scholarship Fund. The scholarship will be awarded to two (2) or more deserving students for four (4) years. Making a gift to the fund is simple and rewarding and it will change lives.
