Help for low income houses to have good working elevators

One day of working taking pills for elderly people, handicap and sick people I was trying to go up to a 20 floor apartment I had to walk all the way to a 20 floor but that was not the problem in my way up I saw a eldary women going up the stairs because the elevator wherent working to a 7 or 10 floor was not easy she was very unhappy about it she stop many times to get to her distantion because of her age she used her stick waker, what I say inside of me I hope they fix all the elevators from low income houses not only working but working perfectly.
