Hi! We're two trans-masculine dudes that are making cotton face masks to donate to local hospitals to help with the COVID-19 relief efforts. Donations go directly to purchasing supplies (100% cotton fabric, spandex for ear loops) and shipping to the hospitals (when local delivery is unavailable or not preferred).

ABOUT THE MASKS:

They are made from 2 layers of 100% cotton fabric and sewn spandex ear loops (since elastic has become scarce!) and are 100% machine sewn for extra sturdiness.  They are being made in two sizes of ear-loops - SMALL (6") and LARGE (7") in order to fit differently sized faces.  They are being donated directly to local hospitals for them to use as they see fit.

These cotton masks DO NOT protect the wearer from COVID-19 in the same effectiveness as a N95 respirator mask, but in light of possible PPE shortages, the CDC has expanded its guidelines to include cotton face masks as an option of last resort.  We want to make sure our local Hospitals have these masks as an option if needed.
