This is a high school friend of mine - Mainor Paniagua. He is 57 years living with Multiple Sclerosis in San Ramon, Costa Rica. I am collecting funds to send to him to help with his medical care needs.

Mainor has been suffering with MS since he was 16 years old. Due to this disease, he is almost totally blind and is a paraplegic. He has also recently developed major kidney and bladder problems.
Mainor has an adult sister with severe developmental delays who also lives in his home. She functions at a cognitive level of a 4-6 year old child. Their mother passed away in May of 2021. She had been the primary care giver for both of her children. Since her death, Mainor and Guiselle are trying to live on a small pension of $200 a month.
Since their community has a serious lack of resources and services, they are currently defending on a 52 year old cousin who lives four and a half hours away with no personal transportation. While she is trying to help out of love and compassion, she does not have the financial resources to provide adequate or long-term assistance.
Since I became aware of my friends situation, especially his recent decline, I have been trying to collect and send funds to him. Any amount would be a huge blessing and help for my friend.
