Update #1

PA Caring for K-9's committed to two more dogs from RCAS (A shelter in Alabama). Yesterday, they were heartworm tested as all our dogs 6 months of age and older are. We found out that Waylon, a 1.5 y/o Lab mix is also heartworm positive. Upon hearing the news, we began immediately contacting different vets for prices of heartworm treatment in order to stretch the donations as far as possible!

We were able to determine that we can get the heartworm treatment done for about 60% of what the original vet estimated. This means, if we hit our goal of $700 we will be able to treat and save BOTH Baby Girl AND Waylon.

Please continue to share this plea and help us bring these two dogs to PA for treatment AND their forever family!
