Hello. My name is Mr. Rene Trifaro, and I am on a mission to raise money for an investment i have in a gas station through my Company Urban Specialty Desserts LLC. We are a small business who started from the ground up in the retail bakery market and made a successful seven year run in NYC. But now that my family is growing and the industry that I am in is being pushed out, I feel it is time to move on to more stable grounds. I am now presented with an opportunity to buy a profiting gas station in a small town away from the city, with a lot of room for growth and financial stability. We have everything in place to be funded and will be able to secure funding for the deal, but sadly my company has run very low on working capital and are now seeking assistance from anyone who can help us fulfill our financial dreams. we are looking to use the capital in part as working capital to complete the downpayment for the loan as well as for the closing fees that are associated with the business transfer. We already have a 10% seller finance agreement in place and collateral for the loan under the business. If we can raise this capital we can close the deal in days and be on our path to a new family legacy. This is all that's needed to make it final.
