Legal Fees To Fight Back Against Chille Et Al

This fund has now been open for 2 months. It has raised a net of $37,890.61, and I am so grateful for that, however, unfortunately, Chille is filing frivolous motion after frivolous motion and it is running up costs at a whiplash-inducing speed. As of today, I have run through $30,000 of a retainer. I have sent over another payment of $10,000.00 today, bringing the total paid up to $40,000.00, $37,890.61 of which is thanks to all of you. I will be applying an additional $5,000.00 of my own money towards these bills on Friday, 11/18/2022.
So as much I hate to say it, Decastro is certainly imparting harm on me as he set out to do, per his stated mission. I have to yet again humbly ask for support if you are able and so inclined.
If you are not, I want to thank you for all your continued emotional support, as well. This is not a fun position to be in for anyone, particularly on such a frivolous and baseless matter, but you all have made it so much more bearable.

WE HAVE REOPENED THE FUNDRAISING
I have been made aware that there are pesky rumors beginning to be spread that things have gone adversely for me on the legal front. This is untrue, although it would be inappropriate for me to delve into details. It is, of course, public record. That being said, we are reopening the fundraiser for the anticipated nightmare this may become, and any future litigation. Tomorrow night I will start off my live stream with a full accounting of the funds from the last incredible show of strength we displayed, which has all been funneled to counsel at this point. Real-time updates on the disbursement of funds have been available on discord for the past several weeks. I will stay the course, for myself, and for all of us, despite how incredibly stressful this may be at times. I always appreciate all of your support - not just financial, so please don't feel obligated. We will keep track of our fundraising progress live as it progresses. Please forgive my relative silence on the legal matter at hand, but it is ill-advised to comment on ongoing litigation and I will not be doing so.

You guys!!! Thank you SO MUCH! Your support has been so overwhelming, I can't even put into words how moved I am. We've surpassed the goal, so I'm shutting this down so that we don't drain the community. Your financial contributions, words of support and love mean so much to me. Next step - we're finding a CPA to handle these funds and a solid First Amendment attorney to handle these issues. We're going on the offensive now.
