Even if they use ethical practices and are well ranked, if they can’t communicate efficiently, you won’t reach your specific goals. Ask them about their reporting, analytics, and how they will keep you in the loop with every development. They should present a template of monthly reporting and previous report samples from existing customers. Those reports should of course include gains for the respective customers.
