I was diagnosed with Inclusion Body Myositis in 2018. It is a degenerative muscle disease, for which there is no know medical treatment.. Through events, like Fun Fit Flex, I can raise awareness, and funding for research. I am fortunate that I am presently ambulatory and can participate in this amazing event. Though I need to use a brace and walking stick, there are so many others with this disease, who are beyond walking independently. Please support me, as I participate in Fun Fit Flex, of Southwest Florida.

What can you tell me about Tom Bennett Park?
Located at 400 Cypress Creek Blvd, Bradenton, FL, 34208, there are more than 200 acres of green space, lakes, trails, playgrounds and a handicapped accessible pavilion with restrooms and water fountains. Located just off the intersection of SR 64 and I-75 (Exit 220), it’s easy to find, if you turn north onto Kay Rd, between Wal-Mart and the Toyota Dealership. Then turn left onto Cypress Creek Blvd and the pavilion and parking are right there.
Where can I get more information?
