It's that time of year birthday! The last five years were amazing and I'd love nothing more than to continue this tradition by combining social good and fitness. Here's to tying together some things I love: friends, spinning and helping kids.

SoulCycle and yours truly are holding a private session for the first 50 riders who make a donation of $100+ per bike. An action packed soul-cycle class, refreshments, and parting gifts from our friends at OneHope Winery and Pressed Juicery will be included.

100% of the proceeds go directly to Stanford Children's Hospital's following programs

Teen Van Program - The Teen Van offers comprehensive health services for uninsured and homeless youth, from 10 to 25 years of age.The Teen Van brings much more than medical care to under served teens. For many who receive care, the Teen Van provides one of the few reliable and positive supports in their lives, offering much-needed inspiration and relationships

H.E.A.L. Program - The H.E.A.L. program helps medically fragile children experience success in learning despite limitations imposed by their illness. Children that have survived or are continuing to battle a chronic illness may have to deal with the cognitive effects of their illness and treatment. An important part of “normal” life for children is continuing their education, whether through home bound teaching or attending school.

Gabe’s Chemo Duck Program -  is a unique educational program offered by Gabe’s My Heart, a nonprofit organization that supports children and families living with cancer. Created by a mother for her son Gabe when he was diagnosed with cancer at a young age, Chemo Duck is a soft, cuddly companion that provides huggable hope and alleviates fear and anxiety.

Bikes are limited so don't get caught standing. If you're not in town, your contributions will still benefit the Stanford Children's Hospital. $100 per bike is the suggested donation but feel free to donate what's comfortable. Please send me a note to confirm name/number of riders if you donate more than $100. RSVP now to secure your bike now before seats run out!

Grab your water bottles. Let's get ready to rock out, get fit and raise some money for the kids!
