Our event will benefit the Path to Purpose Campaign which provides mentoring, job-readiness training, anger management & more for young homeless men in Hampton Roads.
Ten years ago, our boys, Bryce and Colton started a "Giving" party around the holidays for their friends and family to gather and provide items to those in need. This year we also wanted to help provide someone else the tools they need to feel secure and stable. While searching for ways to help, we ran across the Union Mission's Path to Purpose Campaign that provides job and life skill development to young homeless men in Hampton Roads. As products of broken homes and generational poverty, they feel lost and disconnected. These men want to live successful lives, but they’re missing the key life skills to make it happen. Every $200 provides a day of development for 8 men! We thank you in advance for any amount given. At our event on December 7th, we will also be collecting items to assist in their journey including bus passes, clothes, personal items, meal gift cards, etc. If you are interested in helping in this way, feel free to contact us!
