This is the Fundly page for KATwalk for Kathleen, hosted by the Epsilon Phi chapter of the Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity for Women in honor of our sister Kathleen.
Several months ago, our sister Kathleen was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, a type of cancer. While she is at home in Dallas, TX undergoing chemotherapy, the ladies of the Epsilon Phi chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta are working hard to raise money for cancer research and treatment; proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society in Dallas.
On Saturday, November 2nd, we walked along with many others from the University and greek community in honor of our sister Kathleen and all those affected by cancer. To see photos from the event, please visit the Epsilon Phi facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/uchicagotheta, and our tumblr: http://kappaalphatheta.tumblr.com.
We are humbled and in awe of Kathleen's strength as she battles cancer, and overjoyed that she is doing well. We are thankful every day for the opportunity for health that organizations such as the American Cancer Society give to people who are battling illness, and never take our health for granted. Thus, we are asking our friends, family, and Theta sisters to help us reach our $12,500 fundraising goal before Thanksgiving, on November 28th.
On behalf of the ladies of the Epsilon Phi chapter, thank you for your support!
