We are raising money for four children's homes which have been overwhelmed during the COVID19 pandemic. The funds will go to food, sanitation supplies, mattresses and the requested medical equipments and resources.
Greetings. This is an urgent plea for assistance. In the middle of the global COVID19 pandemic, thousands of families were displaced in mass residential demolitions in the low income area of Kariobangi North, in Nairobi, Kenya.
They are left homeless with nowhere to go, no access to food, shelter or sanitation. Furthermore they are now vulnerable to contracting and spreading the corona virus en masse, they are exposed to harsh weather conditions throughout and cannot leave for their rural homes because Nairobi is on a lockdown. Our aim is to raise funds to help support the little children and the parents who are suffering terribly. We are raising funds to support four children's homes which are overwhelmed in helping shelter children around the area because the parent's and families are now homeless.
With the money we shall ensure provision of temporary relief to the children's homes in form of food stuffs and water, sanitation supplies, mattresses and blankets and more. We also seek to be able to set up distribution points daily to provide cooked meals for as many people as we are able to help. Kindly help however you can and as urgently as you are able to. We shall be highly appreciative of the support and it will mean so much to the affected families that the global community is willing to give a helping hand in this torrid situation. We will be entirely grateful for any assistance
