Update #2

Good Afternoon.

The situation has unfortunately become slightly more urgent. We have found an attorney we feel will represent the child's best interests however we have recieved communication that the mother has chosen to leave the state with the child for the week,. This is a problem for a few reasons, but primarily the current state of her license. It is currently under suspension and she will be driving the child around illegally. On top of the obvious concern of the minor child being removed from his stability and primary comfort zone. At his age, the amount of inconsistency in location is unhealthy. We have also gotten an invoice from the attorney we need to retain and need to file an emergency order to require the mother to return the child back to the state immediately. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help us accomplish this goal. We have redacted the attorney information for attorney-client privilage.

More Info

If you are here you likely know of this single dad's and his son's unfortunate situation that has been happening over the past 10 months. This dad also has a 9-year-old daughter from a previous relationship who he supports and has an excellent relationship with her and her mother.   At this point, it has reached a custody battle that has tested even the best legal minds. And right now, this dad and his son are without proper representation. Since January the mother has made false allegations to the police and to CPS about the father. All allegations were investigated and found to be false by the police and CPS.   The mother cost him his job because of the false allegations and he was unemployed for several months.  The mother has not heled a job for several years, has lived using his money and living off the state.   He is working again but is playing catch up and now has to hire an attorney to protect him and his son. During the last hearing, the child was placed in the primary temporary custody of his mother for 30 days who are currently without work and has no license, a car with no registration, no car insurance, no form of legal transportation, and no legal means to seek income to provide for him. (she has been able to get financial assistance for an attorney and from her family). The mother is also in a custody issue with her older son in a different state.  She lost custody of her other son due to the same crazy issues. His father, who has provided for him both financially, mentally, and emotionally this year holds a full-time job and has a stable home, was granted supervised visitations on the 1st and 5th weekend of the month. Up until court, they had 50/50 custody they go back to court in 30 days. The father even helped the mother pay her rent to make sure she had a place so that when she had their son, he would be safe. The dad has always placed his son's care and interest above everything. Sadly, the situation that the mother has placed the son in while in her care over the last 10 months has not been in the child's best interest. Even with not working she would take her son to daycare for 12 hours a day because she needed me time, all while posting videos on her social media showing her smoking pot and building an only fan's following. She once again lied and told the court false information about this wonderful dad, because when he found out about her selling herself to men for drugs, he stopped helping her pay her rent. The dad has documentation that disproves all of her lies.  This behavior is documented, (with text, video, and audio recordings)and should have already been shown in court, but the dad did not have solid legal representation for the hearing. So this little boy's,  father, grandmother, and "auntie" Serina have worked tirelessly to vet out a proper attorney who is willing to fight for this single dad and his son. The attorney was amazed at all the documentation that is there and said they can win this. Now we just need your help. In order to "right some of the wrongs", we need to file a De-Novo. We have an attorney prepared to do this however we need to come prepared with a $5000 retainer now to file and then another $5000 in thirty days and said it will take around 40-45K to fight this in the district court. District court in Texas is where the heavy lifting happens since this is more than a simple custody case. The main goal now is to remove the "emergency order" and get this little boy back home with his dad and to have the mom get the mental help she needs to get off drugs and get her life together so she can be a good mom. This dad has an amazing support system but needs your help to make sure this little boy stays safe and with his dad.

Update #1

I suppose I should provide some clairification on who I am and my involvement for comfort. My name is SERINA and I was introduced to the family through the mother initally but when I was informed of who she truly was and after she burned me personally, I spoke at length with father, grandma and CPS and realized who really needed my support and assistance. I am a domestic violence survivor myself, and advocate and support mothers leaving abusive situations, even creating and running a successful and large moms group on Facebook. The first group I set up that had over 4,000 members, was how I first met mom, and once I was given the truth and advised her she was no longer going to have my support, she had the group shut down. We restarted. I am 37, a mother of an amazing 17 year old, married to the most amazing man in existence. I am medically disabled and unable to work anymore but don't feel it mentally or physically. So I spend my time providing an online sisterhood for my online moms, and rescuing and fostering dogs with Straight Outta Texas Rescue.

I felt it was necessary to post this because I know there was concern in both the name similarities as well as my previous association with mom. I am here to put those concerns to rest and assure all supporters, that my PRIMARY concern here is the child involved. From the second I met him he had my heart. I love spending time with him. And I will always do any and everything I can to support his best interests first. He has his own room in my home. Should you have any additional concerns or want to speak to me personally to assuage your concerns before donating, I can be reached on my cell at 346-529-8659.

Best,

SERINA JEAN SOLLERS
