More Info

Juneteenth is the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the United States having been established since 1865. The day emphasizes education, achievement, and freedom which is a basic human right that all men and women should be afforded. And to celebrate this momentous day Unitech Training Academy would like to support an organization whose mission is to protect basic human rights for the most vulnerable people in American society, the Equal Justice Initiative.

All money raised between our students and staff from June 1st - June 25th will be matched by the company (up to $2500) and donated to the Equal Justice Initiative. The money donated will be used by the organization in their efforts to challenge poverty and racial injustice, to advocate for equal treatment in the criminal justice system, and in creating hope for marginalized communities.
