Shocks are ordered and installed.Fluids are changed.Solar panels are added with a second battery setup for camp lights and our recharging needs. I need a winch bumper and winch along with the roof top tent. The roof top tent is a priority. We will use a ground tent until we can acquire one. We waterproofed our old coleman tent. At this time we have no choice but to go this route. The videos about the old tent are posted. Camping in National Forest is a bit different then maintained campgrounds, Finding level and cleared areas are a bit more difficult. A roof top tent doesn't require clearing the ground before you setup as a regular tent does. You only have to level your vehicle to have a level tent. The roof top tent is made from stronger materials and can withstand storms better than a regular ground tent. In my opinion you are a bit safer up off the ground away from creepy crawlies.
