My nephew Cesar was in a bad motorcycle accident and is in the ICU in Lorma Medical Center in San Fernando, La Union, Philippines. He has been in the ICU for several days already, and the cost for the Life Support (ventilator) by itself is PHP80,000 per day.
Friends and family are collecting funds locally in the Philippines, and we wanted to start to try to help from here in the US as well.
