JAES - Hurricane Sally Relief Project

Hurricane Sally made landfall on September 16, 2020 throughout the entire Alabama Gulf Coast area. Junior Auxiliary of the Eastern Shore and our service areas of Southern Baldwin County have suffered an immense amount of destructive damage, with lasting impacts.

This Relief Project hits home for Junior Auxiliary of the Eastern Shore as our main service area has been immediately impacted.

We have had outreach after outreach from the children and families we serve within Baldwin County for help during this time, among many others. Families have lost everything. Elderly have gone without warm meals for days. Basic needs and necessities are hard to come by, areas are still without power or water.

100% of all proceeds will go directly to Hurricane Sally Relief efforts throughout Southern Baldwin County. Anything exceeding our needs will be donated to our neighbors to the west in Lake Charles, Louisiana who are still suffering from the impact of Hurricane Laura several weeks ago.

We have had requests for clothes (baby, youth, adult men and women's), baby needs, all hygiene items, food, water, cleanup help, and displacement help. The list goes on and on. Children have not returned to school and we expect once they do, the needs we meet and items we provide these children and families will increase.

Junior Auxiliary of the Eastern Shore is dedicated to fulfilling any and all needs we can within our community after suffering from the immediate destruction of Hurricane Sally within our area.
