Lab incompetency canceled my out of pocket surgery. Help me.

I am embarrassed about the way I look which is why I will not post a picture. I wanted to have surgery performed on my face which is badly scarred due to health problems. This problem and others are the result of a benign pituitary tumor. Even though the tumor is non-cancerous, it is causing many health problems, but the face is the most obvious and I cannot hide it. I've seen numerous doctors and specialists about removing the tumor, but they all say no, even though they acknowledge its manifestations in other ways, such as my face, and other parts of my body.

I thought insurance would cover the cost, but I had to pay out of pocket. I also needed lab work done 2 weeks prior to surgery. The place I went to botched my blood work three times. I expressed my being upset, that this had caused me great stress and anxiety because what should have been done 2 weeks prior is now too late. The surgery fell through and will not happen because of lab work that was not handled properly by staff. What's worse, staff there had the nerve to tell me that this was not their issue, but that it was my surgeon's fault. 

My sister is getting married early next year. As her Maid of Honor, I just wanted my face corrected so that people would look at her, and not stare at me and my ugly scars. Most sisters are proud to be their sister's Maid of Honor. I am not. I am embarrassed. She tries to get me to go shopping for my dress, but I refuse. I'm too embarrassed.

And because I am out of pocket, I not only need to pay off a surgery that never happened, but save up for a new one. I also want to take legal action against the center for their incompetency.

Please help me reach my goal. I just want to make my sister the center of attention on her special day, and not me.
