To support IMA's programs in Guatemala City providing education and food to impoverished girls and young women
IMA is well on its way to reaching its $15,000 fundraising goal for 2013! If you havent had a chance to, take a minute to view our campaign
IMA is a global organization dedicated to improving the lives of young girls and women in Guatemala, Central America through education. IMA operates a non-profit school for girls where their health is maintained, their nutrition is supervised, and they are provided a first-world education in tandem with tangible skills that enable them to become contributing members of society and the formal economy.
Ninety-four percent of all charitable donations are used towards providing education, food, medical assistance and day-to-day necessities for these young children.
On August 17th, IMA will be holding its Annual Walk-a-thon at Bolsa Chica State Beach from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Any and all are welcome to participate and support our work in Guatemala. This is our biggest annual fundraiser and it is critical to keeping our programs strong and our girls in school.
IMA is fully sponsor support and relies on the efforts of its donors and volunteers to provide its exceptional programs in Guatemala. Join us today in helping change the lives of young women in need.
We've already raised $935 in just a couple of days for our August 17th walk-a-thon. Take the time to view our campaign page on fundly.com to support us, like us or donate to us if you can.
