This 3 day trip to the mountains is a time for the class to prepare for the upcoming change of moving to high school and reflect on their growth from middle school. We hope to offset the cost of the trip for students.

The 8th grade Transitions Trip is a special time for our students to prepare for the coming high school years through reflection and anticipation. Students, teachers and volunteers will play games, have times of introspection and process through events that have passed and are yet to come. If any students are transitioning into another school for high school, it also provides an opportunity to say goodbye and give all students a sense of closure. All funds that are raised will be divided evenly among all participating 8th grade students.
