In lieu of flowers, a legal defense fund for Trevis Hudson in memory of his uncle, Eddie Hudson, who passed away on December 26, 2019. For more information on Eddie's passing, please visit DignityMemorial.com
When Trevis was a little boy, he used to tell his dad Sonny that if something ever happened to him, he wanted to live with Uncle Eddie. Trevis was a kind, generous and hardworking young man with a good job, a bright future, and a young son of his own; sadly, while still suffering from the grief of prematurely losing his dad to cancer, Trevis made a mistake that cost him his freedom. Uncle Eddie wrote to Trevis regularly and looked forward to welcoming and supporting him once he finished paying his debt to society, but did not live to see that day. Eddie's son Maurice hopes to honor his dad's wishes by continuing to support Trevis's efforts to be released and become a productive citizen once again.
