I dream of a home of my own, but hit a brick wall when it comes to financing. Bad credit due to unpaid medical bills, and lack of credit utilization. My goal is to raise money for a down payment on a home that I have found where the seller is willing to do owner financing as long as I come up with a $5000.00 downpayment. I have overcome so much in my life like cancer, and battle daily with an autoimmune disease. I just want the security of homeownership for my family.
