Monty and Ivy are rescues and have been staying at a friend's. We need to finish putting in a fence and building a stall for shelter for them to live with us. We had a plan last year but thanks to covid that changed.
Ivy and Monty were both adopted from different rescue groups, who try to keep horses from going to kill pens. We are trying to raise them to eventually be used by a local non profit and their program to use horses as a therapeutic agent in working with individuals with a wide range of challenges. We had limited time to save these 2 and so decided that we could keep them with a friend while they were also being quarantined and broken. Now we are in a time crunch to get them home and to do that we need to raise money to build a shelter, a fence and get a few items they really need to be able to stay with us.
