Attention friends, family & all compassionate animal-lovers:

Cierra Marie & Daniel Gerard (co-founders) have been invited to Khandbari, Nepal to help a dire situation worsened by the second.

Our shared profound love of all animals guided us to meet Mr. Narayan Shrestha & his beloved wife Sreejana (philanthropists & animal-lovers) at their shop “Old Tibet” in downtown Boulder. Together, and under the sponsorship of the Shrestha's non-profit organization Helping Hands USA ( we believe we may affect a tremendously positive change in Nepal as it relates to the care & love that feral dogs deserve.

The mission made possible through fundraising is to establish a rescue organization, develop & build a sanctuary for all feral animals, and most importantly engage the human relationship to animals in Nepal to support guided education on the necessity of spey/neuter practices as well as instill a climate of compassion for these helpless & voiceless lives that depend on human intervention in order to save their sacred well-being.

We plan to voyage to Nepal in September and embark upon this mission. We wish for many of your prayers & blessings, no matter the amount of donation one may make, 1 dollar goes a long way in Nepal, and 1 blessing counts eternally. Cierra & Daniel send all our best wishes to you, and reciprocate 100-fold all the blessings you may send our way.

The money we raise will be used minimally to afford for our 6 pets here in the US to receive care in our absence of 3 months ($1000), the majority of funds will be devoted to living cost in Nepal including emergency spending, and specifically the organization and real-time build of a safe haven shelter ($4000) for the feral dogs of Khandbari, Nepal.

Thank you for your love and support, always,

Cierra & Daniel

PS - The attached YouTube link is some background on why we must do what we’ve been called to do! Please give it a view. A small warning that it is emotionally-sensitive to animal-lovers.
