help us cover bills

i am 28 years old my wife is 26 years old my kids is 8 years old and my other kid is 11 months old we are in need of help trying to raise money unemployment contacted us and wants repayment immediately they are asking for 31k i was in a car accident a year and a half ago my back has never been the same since it hurts every day im trying my best i work 70 hours a week alot trying to make ends meet and i cant seem to get ahead my bills are 3100 dollars a month and i make 3300 a month im really trying my best and my wife is going to school to be a AA counselor i totaled the car i was in the accident with and im just now down to the last payment and now unemployment is asking for that money back also and we need atleast 1 reliable car to get kid to school and food and such we dont live in a fancy house we live in a trailer park i tried to lower my bills all the time but im pretty much bottomed out on bills i am so stressed i cant even see straight i cant remember the last time i could just enjoy a day without worrying about bills and how to keep power on and food on the table ill do anything for money ill stand at the corner after work if thats what it takes please please please im hoping people can help me out im really stressed and scared and thats alot of money to come up with and keep food and lights on at the same time
