Help Syz Avoid Homelessness

Hello, my name is Daniel Hardman, better known as DrSyz or Syz online and I am a 28 year old Air Force veteran. This month I had to figure out if I was going to move to Florida to finish my Masters degree. I had decided to put that on hold and do most of it online because my grandfather is battling stage 4 cancer and we don't know how much time he has. I felt it was best to stay and be around my family during this time. With that being said I had let my landlord know that I was going to resign the lease that I have with them to continue staying here. You should know that I have had absolutely zero issues with these landlords and that I have let them know about anything and everything that may need fixed in the house. They've always chatted me up when they'd see me out and seemed like genuinely good people. Today, I woke up with a letter from them stating "We found a recyclable in your garbage and this breaks your lease agreement of you placing your recyclables in a different bag. Due to this we unfortunately will not be resigning a lease with you and wish you the best of luck in finding a new place to live." My lease ends in less than a month. So, now I am left in a predicament where I have find a new house, get the money together for first months, last months, and security deposit, pack up all my shit, move all my shit, and get everything setup in this new place within this time frame or else I wont be able to continue the online portion of schooling that I'm doing and will be dropped from the program. I also won't be able to stream or be a part of the communities that I mod for which have been a big source of my recovery over these last few years. I'm not sure how I'm going to be able to pull all of this together or get the money I need to throw at a completely new place to live considering I just bought new stuff for this place because I was under the assumption that I would be living here for the next year. If y'all don't see me for awhile its because this is my situation and I'm just trying my best to handle it...
