More Info

The Student Advocates Office assists students in resolving problems and fostering skills so that they may maintain progress toward earning a degree.

Staffed with dedicated volunteer student advocates, the mission of the Office is to influence positively students’ academic experience.

This includes offering emergency financial assistance for IU students experiencing a financial challenge. For some students, a few hundred dollars can be the line between having to drop out and finishing their degree. We strive to save academic careers by helping them bridge the gap!

Beverly Warren, emeritus director of the Student Advocates Office, and her husband, Don, remain tireless advocates for providing emergency financial assistance to students in need. Thanks to a matching gift from Beverly and Don, your gift today will be matched up to $2000!
