Help small business survive human error

Help small business survive human error

From Brian Clark

In California Workmans comp is mandatory. Due to an accounting error- received $12000 bill, we weren’t expecting. We’ve paid over 8000 and have 4000 due next week. Please help save our small roofing company

California State Compensation Fund is the only form of workman’s comp to insure roofing contractors. C-39 1005829. We are a tight niche company of life long friends who are in desperate need of raising $4000.00. Our 2018 audit came back with an unexpected bill of $12,200.00, no one was expecting. We are not full time - we are seasonal and our accountant entered .25 less per hour by accident back-charging $12,200.00 which put the entire payroll 2018 into full time status which was not the actual case. We’ve paid three large payments already. I owe it to the families and the roofers to keep this ship moving forward. Any- All the help is sincerely appreciated from the bottom of my heart. If we are able to continue - I pledge to avoid any/all human errors as possible. It was my fault for providing my accountant the wrong information. Thank you for your support. God bless all the small businesses in America.
