Help Save Our Friendly Giant Marshmallow, Drogo

Update 3: Hey everyone I know it has been a little bit since we updated. Drogo came home that Saturday. He did well for a few days but because he was ultimately taken off the medicine he was supposed to be on it set him back and he had to do another vet. The hospital found out as of right now that it wasn't a foreign body and it is not cancer as far as they can see. So at this point, after his second vet visit which was on Tuesday 9/1/20 we can 85% sure say it was pancreatitis. He is on a whole bunch of medicine to help flush it out and beginning to act more and more like his Drogo self.

We still have a few more days to go, and we may sitll end up getting a CT scan so we can say with 100% definity that it is not cancer but that is a decision that will be made within the next week or so. Thank you all again. We will be posting full invoices Sunday and with the left over money we will let you guys decide between three rescues and or charities where that money should go!

Update 2: Between this Fundly page and Venmo we have raised more than enough money to cover Drogo’s bill as of today [Roughly 3450.00]  (8.28.2020) and contribute our own portion of 1000 dollars from a previous bill. We will post the invoice on the page as soon as we receive one. For now we will be closing donations to this page and we simply can’t thank you all enough in words so we will be finding another way to thank you guys as soon as possible. We have the full list and will be contacting you guys as soon as possible. Still no update on Drogo as of 6:30pm and he is still in the hospital.

Update 1: The vet originally thought he had pancreatitis. All that he needed was fluids, an over night and medicine but it came to about a thousand dollars. We already spent that out of pocket. He is now at a vet hospital with a gastro tube through his nose and into his stomach. The hospital is no longer concerned with pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer but a foreign body. The hospital bills will be 3,200 on the high end. Any money that exceeds our bill will be donated to a cause decided upon on an instagram poll.

Details: If you've ever known Victoria, you know she is the biggest advocate for dogs. She has rescued, rehabilitated, trained, donated, and saved so many dogs lives. She has whole-heartedly dedicated her entire life and career to dogs. Now, it's time to help her and our beloved Drogo the Dogo. Unfortunately, Drogo is having some severe health issues, and the bills are already in the thousands of dollars range. Victoria is a small business owner, pouring her money into the health and well being of dogs.
