UPDATE: Fundraising $1800 for the rest of the surgery and $1200 for the hospital stay. I may owe about $3250 to the hospital later, but that's for another day! Please help if you can :)
Hello friends, family, and strangers! I feel so weird doing this but I am prioritizing getting laparoscopic diagnosis confirmation/ excision surgery for endometriosis (suspected through history and visible endometriomas on my ovaries). Most surgeons do not take insurance and those that do often still have some out of pocket fees. As such, I'm hoping to raise enough to reach my insurance deductible, pay the out of pocket fees, and get some pelvic floor therapy after surgery. I know there are a lot of campaigns that need support and so I feel a bit guilty asking for help, but it's not something I've been able to save enough for and I am hoping this will take some financial stress off of me. I promise to pay it forward in future when I can, by fighting to make healthcare accessible, donating to campaigns whenever possible, and sharing those I see online!
