Both my husband and I are residing and working in Singapore for the past 10 years. Our intention was to go back to India, our home country to give birth when I found out I was pregnant in January 2020, that was before the Covid-19 lock down and travel ban.Unexpectedly, we had to welcome our 28 weeks baby girl due to some pregnancy complications. Hence, she is admitted to NICU in NUH and her estimated stay is 75 days.
Being foreigners, our baby's estimated bill is approx SGD 206K. Also, I had to go through some surgery pre-delivery which cost us approx SGD10K followed by Cesarean cost which is approx SGD 20K. There was no financial assistance or subsidy provided for foreigners so far, and we had used up our savings to pay for the medical bills.
Owing to this COVID situation, we find it difficult to arrange such a huge sum and looking for your kind assistance to help our Baby Sukriti.Funds raised will be managed by Giveasia Kindness and pay directly to NUH for Baby Sukriti medical bills.Thank you!
