We are asking for your help in securing safe passage out of Afghanistan for 300 people. Please consider donating to help pay for plane tickets that will help get these families safely out of Afghanistan.
Since the US Government declared the end of War in Afghanistan, the Taliban have reoccupied most of the country. For 20 years, the United States government worked alongside Afghan citizens and professionals, forming life-long friendships and bonds. Today, as we watch the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan, we at the Federal Practice Group are reminded of those civilians who worked diligently to help the United States government, many of whom now find themselves trapped in the country in immediate danger. With extremist groups reoccupying Afghanistan comes displacement of families, starvation, and lack of resources that are leaving many women, children, and families defenseless. Violence surges every day, and the Afghan government is crumbling. The change of atmosphere in Kabul is frightening for the many who believed they could create a life under the protection of their American allies.
That is why we are doing all we can to get those who have helped us for so long and their families out of danger and into safety. We are asking for your help in securing safe passage out of Afghanistan for 300 people. Please consider donating to help pay for plane tickets that will help get these families safely out of Afghanistan and out from Taliban control. We know all too well how dire life will be under the Taliban for the civilians left behind, especially for women, children and the aged. Please help these families avoid this reality by donating today.
The funds collected from this campaign will assist with our efforts to help women, children, and families at risk under the resurgent Taliban. As the embassies and consulates have closed, families are no longer given opportunities to receive visas.
Please consider helping our efforts and donate to help them flee the violent chaos in Afghanistan. Thank you for your support!
